Cancelation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Time Frame: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may already be processed and prepared for shipping, making it ineligible for cancellation.
  • How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please go to order details page and use the cancel order button (Which will appear for first 24 hours of order)

2. Conditions for Cancellation

  • Processing Status: Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped can be canceled with a full refund. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our return policy to send the product back.
  • Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalised items cannot be canceled once the order is placed, as these items are made specifically for you.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Processing Time: If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Please allow some time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Partial Cancellations

  • Multiple Items: If you’ve ordered multiple items and wish to cancel only a part of your order, you may do so as long as the cancellation request is made within the specified time frame and the items have not been processed or shipped.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Non-Refundable: If your order has already been shipped, shipping costs are non-refundable even if you choose to return the product. The cost of return shipping will also be borne by the customer unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.
